VCA-4000 series applications include:

The VCA-4000 systems determine the cleanliness of panels through contact angle analysis. A droplet of liquid is dispensed under computer control onto the panel surface. A CCD camera with high magnification lens and fiber optic light source allow the droplet profile to be imaged into the computer. Through computer image analysis, surface cleanliness is determined by measuring the contact angle of the droplet on the panel surface.
