Oil Circulation
Oil Circulation has been employed Instead of grease for lubrication of bearings, which leads to durable and reliable performance by protecting being from corrosion abrasion and heat.
 
Automatic suction oil Supply
The Ultra4.0 does not need an external oil pump because of its automatic suction oil pump because of its automatic suction oil-supply which results in simple design and maintenance free use.
Furthermore, clean oil can be maintained by filtration using centrifugal force, and the proper volume of oil supplied can be controlled.
 
Spinning amateur in a vacuum
A vacuum enables the amateur spin at ultra high speeds, thus avoiding the use of a vacuum sealing device that results in frequent maintenance.  A spinning amateur  at ultra-high speed in a vacuum makes it possible to centrifuge at a much higher speed.
 
Self-Locking System
When a rotor us installed, it should be tightened to spindle with a bolt.
There is a self-locking system in case users forget to tighten the rotor to the spindle of the centrifuge.  The self-locking system is triggered by centri-fugal froce while spinning and prevents the rotor from dis-assembling from the spindle.
Direct Drive System
Since the Ultra3.5 has employed a direct drive system instead of a coupling
a small system instead of a coupling a small motor can be effective for ultra speed centrifugation.  therefore air cooling instead of water cooling is enough to remove the heat generated by the motor.

 

In-Direct IR Speed sensor
Since the reflection plate under neath the rotor is used for over speed detection or rotor recognition by means of an infra red sensor, the speed error limit is very small.

 

Self balancing by means of Gyro moment
Since Gyro moment with a flexible shaft adjusts the center of rotation by it self, moving the center of rotation to it s ideal position can minimize the vibration caused by imbalance of samples.  This leads to long -life for centrifuge bearings.
