VAROSIVE VD-75H is a cross-linking agent for two component reaction type polyurethane base resin and it is poly-functional polyisocyanate compound.
VAROSIVE VD-75H reacts with reactive OH group of adhesive.

2. Uses of VD-75H

VAROSIVE VD-75H is used as cross-linking agent for solvent type acryl and urethane.

3. Usage of VD-75H

Reaction between VD-75H and adhesive agent advances under room temperature.
When the quantity of VD-75H is increased, generally speaking, modulus and tensile strength are
increased, while elongation is decreased, and hard tough film is formed. Quantity of VD-75H
should be controlled according to cases.
Especially under high humidity, use of VD-75H in quantity more than that applied in the
above standard recipe by 1-2 parts is effective.

4. Caution

VD-75H is apt to react with moisture in the air, so close the container completely and
store it in dry, cool and dark place. VD-75H is preferred to be stored with out vacancy in
container, so use whole content at once, if possible.
If the content in two times is used, closed the container immediately after one half is used.
