- Appearance : Pale yellow transparent liquid
- Solid Content : 70+/-2 %
- Shelf life : 6 Months
- Solvent : Ethyl acetate
- Packing : 15Kgs Can, 100Kgs Drum
- NCO Content : 2.3 - 2.7 %
- Diluents : Ethyl acetate, MEK or blends of these
- Applicable solid : 25 - 30%
- Coating method : Gravure roll coating
- Coating weight : 150 mesh, 2.0 - 4.0 g/m2(dry)
- Drying condition : 70 - 90`C
- Line speed : 80 -100 m/min
- Pot life : 12hrs at room temperature
- Aging time : 24 - 48hrs at approx. 40`C
