• Applicable samples : dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA and proteins
• It is possible to purify samples within an hour. You can apply agarose and polyactylamide gel slices including nucleic acids or proteins on the EXELUTOR PAK6 and apply at 25~35V for 2~5min. In case of incomplete elution, a second attempt can be made by replacing the buffers. The elution time is flexible according to the kinds and sizes of samples and in case of linear DNA, 4 mine is sufficient for the size up to 10 kb. Eluted DNA can be extracted with phenol/chloroform(1:1)once and then ethanol-precipitated according to the routine methods.

Elution principle is based on electrophoresis.
Samples are eluted out of gel slices toward the circular anodes electrophoretically. Elutes can be used in the following Experiment directly.
The required elution time is only 4 minutes. Linear DNA can be eluted in the yield of more than 90% and 6 different samples can be applied simultaneously.
Therefore EXELUTOR PAK6 is the most convenient gel eluter available for eluting DNA, RNA and protein samples simply and effectively.
