BioG-Micom is a precise and unique fermentation system with microprocessor control parameter and digital display all parameters simultaneously and this system is designed for a various fermentation process.
The unit has availability of multi functions that temperature controls, agitation method, vessel size and so on which leads to better selections for satisfying user¡¯s demands and fermentation environments.
The system has a feature of computer control characteristics, record incurred data and print capability. In addition, this newly designed system can provides easy data collection based upon computer software and all incurring data can be converted to excel data and has a data saving function. Our system can display all cycle of fermentation process with the past trend graphs on the monitor.

Computer Controls and Data Control(input and Retrieve)

> Time length of collecting data is longer than normal data recorder.
> Data conversion function with excel file and it read efficient data collection from fermentation process.

Function of Dead Band

> A operating instant of pH can be setting up by user, which resolve any control problem? are occurred. User can control    fed batch by DO mode or accelerate motor speed Fed batch function and motor speed controls can be controlled by    DO control mode.
> User can choose feeding time so as to have stability and controllability. DO value from Dean band lead to certain point    of feeding.

 
DC control
Control agitation rpm automatically based on DO value during operation DO control function, it maintains DO value. Rate number in DO control indicates change retes of agitation speed. Control agitation speed based on setting rpm value by agitation function during non-operation of DO control function.
