> BioS fermenter is a compact pilot-scale
fermentation system. > Pilot-scale system ranges are available
from culture vessel 20,30 and 100L working volume. > The
system is specially designed for industrial requirements and Bio-S
system represents the ideal intermediate stages
for scaling up. > Use standard Stainless Steel 316 to prevent
contamination, operating variety of fermentation process
used with Electro steam generator, Peristaltic Pump, and automatic
controlling system with Microprocessor. >
BioS-Series is versatile bench fermentor capable of performing various
method fermentation process and provided with
basic stainless steel vessel. > A PC-ready multipurpose fermentor
provides microprocessor control major process parameters
in one compact and high performance controller and capable of on-line
measurement data logging and control of fermentor
under Windows operating system. In addition, the
system is equipped with built in controls for pH, DO foam/level,
agitation and temperature and includes peristaltic
pumps for acid, base, antifoam and nutrient addition. > The
remote control system has capable of communicate with Integral RS232C
serial port and main cable. |

Features :
Control DO, pH, temperature, agitation, nutrient
feed and sterilization. Stainless steel culture vessel is jacketed
for rapid in -situ sterilization and precise temperature. Integral
RS232C serial port permits remote communications or supervisory
computer control. Microprocessor technology is employed in a
control module designed for precise regulation of measured values
of electrode.
