Fermenter ; [ BioS-80L ]

> BioS fermenter is a compact pilot-scale fermentation system.
> Pilot-scale system ranges are available from culture vessel 20,30 and 100L working volume.
> The system is specially designed for industrial requirements and BioS system represents the     ideal intermediate stages for scaling up.
> Use standard Stainless Steel 316 to prevent contamination, operating variety of fermentation     process used with Electro steam generator, Peristaltic Pump, and automatic controlling     system with Microprocessor.
> BioS-Series is versatile bench fermentor capable of performing various method fermentation     process and provided with basic stainless steel vessel.
> A PC-ready multipurpose fermentor provides microprocessor control major process     parameters in one compact and high performance controller and capable of on-line     measurement data logging and control of fermentor under Windows operating system. In     addition, the system is equipped with built in controls for pH, DO foam/level, agitation and     temperature and includes peristaltic pumps for acid, base, antifoam and nutrient addition.
> The remote control system has capable of communicate with Integral RS232C serial port and     main cable.

> Common Features :

Control DO, pH, temperature, agitation, nutrient feed and sterilization. Stainless steel culture vessel is jacketed for rapid in -situ sterilization and precise temperature.
Integral RS232C serial port permits remote communications or supervisory computer control.
Microprocessor technology is employed in a control module designed for precise regulation of measured values of electrode.

      > Computer controls and data control(input and retrieve).

        - Time length of collecting data is longer than normal data recorder.
        - Data conversion function with excel file and it read efficient data collection from fermentation process.
        - Reduce monitoring time and efforts.
        - Internet monitoring function and remote controlling function by Internet.
        - Connected to glucose analyzer.
        - Collect signal and send it to computer system by MFC device.

      > Software

        The newly developed software is available as an option for on-line measurement, data logging and control of fermentors and bioreactors. Now you can establish set points and monitor, log, analyze and control up to 8 fermentors simultaneously. The software produces real time graphics and enhances observation and analysis of every detail of the culture process.

      > Function of dead band

        A operating instant of pH can be setting up by user, which resolve any control problem? are occurred. User can control fed batch by DO mode or accelerate motor speed Fed batch function and motor speed controls can be controlled by DO control mode.
        User can choose feeding time so as to have stability and controllability. DO value from Dean band lead to certain point of feeding.
