CERT system is developed
and upgraded to meet the need for slow strain rate test, especially
stress corrosion cracking. R&B Inc. supplies a comprehensive
line of corrosion testing apparatus and related equipment that
combine to perform complete testing capabilities for both static
and dynamic test condition. When your requirements call
for constant extension rate testing, we can offers a wide range
of products that can perform a total capability. CERT system
is consisted of load frame and controller, environmental chamber
and controller and ancillary equipment. These integrated system,
is used to simulate a wide range of load, temperature, pressure
and environmental conditions using both mechanical and mechanical
and electrochemical corrosion testing techniques. |

Controller and Software
The controller of CERT system is fully
computer driven type and all of
controller is installed in the bottom of load frame, so there
is no external
control box or console.
It makes testing fun and easy by eliminating
the confusion associated with the multiple knobs
and buttons found on conventional test machines.
