General
 
        -  The standard Capacity of R-101 Series Glass Reactor is designed for using from 100ml to 4 Liters. Designing
           for the scales of Pilot Plant Systems, such as capacities of 10 Liters, 50 Liters, 100 Liters and 500 Liters,
           is also available at an optional request.
        -  The Pressure and Temperature of R-101 Series Reactor are designed to be used up to 6000psig at 600`C.
        -  The Material of R-101 Series Reactor is 316 Stainless Steel normally, however, when required,
           other special material of hastelloy.C-276 can also be used.
        -  Our R-101 Series Reactor has an advantage of replacing capacity. This Series is designed
           so as to 300ml can be replaced with 500ml and or 100ml, and 1 Liter can be done so with 500ml and or 2 Liters.
        -  The Agitation of our R-101 Series Reactor is Magnetic Drive. Torque will be used of 16, 32, 64 and 120 in-lbs.
        -  As for the Impeller for our R-101 Series, we are prepared to use Pitched Blade Turbine, Propeller, Anchor
           and Double Helical.
        -  The Seal Ring for our R-101 Series Reactor can be used Teflon O-Ring up to 2000psig at 280`C. Meantime,
           we are prepared to use Metal Seal Ring, which designed looks like "Flying Saucer", for up to 6000psig at 600`C.
        -  Our R-101 Series Reactor is, especially, designed to be controlled by using the LabVIEW Software.
 
Magnetic Drive
 
        -  The pressure and temperature of our M-Series Magnetic Drive is designed to be used for 5,000psig at up to 500`C
        -  You have many choices to use of our Magnetic Drive as the torque varies 8, 16, 32, 64 and 120 in-lbs
           according to the different capacity of Reactor.
        -  The rpm of our Magnetic Drive is designed for using from 100 up to 3,500 rpm.
        -  The Agitator for our Magnetic Drive should be selected based on the viscosity of Reactant.
        -  The Material used for building our Magnetic Drive is Samarium Cobalt.
 
Agitators
 
          Standard Impeller of R-101 Series Reactor is Pitched Blade Turbine which is able to use up to 2,500 rpm.
          Anchor Impeller is able to use when the viscosity comes up more than 10,000 to 50,000cp.
          With Helical Impeller, as in the case of High Polymerization, you can use at high viscosity such as more than 50,000 cp.
          Propeller Impeller is used for the same application as of Pitched Blade Turbine.

R-101 Series Stirred Reactor Control System
 
         This R-101 Series Reactor is designed for T-101, S-101 and P-101 to be used conveniently in the Control Box.
         Also is designed for the Cable between Reactor Control box to be separated easily by using quick-connect couplings.
