	| Feature | The sterilization with gaseous agents serves as the complementary with steam sterilization system used for sterilizing the medical device and materials defying the steam sterilization due to its vulnerability to the high temperature and moisture. Up to now, it is recognized as the sole sterilization system which can replace the steam sterilization method; it is an indispensable equipment for the hospital and the research institutes related with the microorganism.  1. CONTROLS The Controls System with a built-in microprocessor, controls process of the cycle, the displaying of a large 5"LCD showing the operating conditions of the sterilizer, the self-diagnosis which detects abnormality and takes necessary actions and the printer which printing out the cycle performance records automatically.

 2. CYCLE PROGRAM

As for the sterilization gas, three(3) kinds of gas mixture with carbon dioxide(CO2) and two(2) Freon (CFC, HCFC) can be used and

thus the option for using gas is rather wide; it has the built-in four(4) kinds of basic cycles, one(1) test cycle and user cycle whereby

the high temperature (56¡É)and the low temperature (38¡É)can be selectively used.

 3. SELF-DIAGNOSIS

The Self-Diagnosis detects 14 malfunctions by itself and displays 
the error codes and gives the warning signal sound.

 4. VACUUM PUMP

The vacuum pump is of the diaphragm type with low noise,
powerful exhaustion, strong durability and thermal protector.

 5. PRINTER 

It prints a cycle performance record which reviews, analyzes and 
saves sterilization results related to management. This document
includes sterilizer number, date and year, setting value (sterilization
temperature, exposure time, and drying time), 
performance data of each phase (start and finish time, 
temperature and pressure), maximum / maximum/minimum temperature and
pressure, elapse time of each phases, acceptance or
unacceptance of the cycle and other data.(cycle time, cycle number, error
codes, power failure/recovery time)
