 1. CONTROL SYSTEM

The Control System with a built-in microprocessor automatically controls all programs including sterilization cycle, digital display, self-diagnosis and printing.

- While in operation, it measures, controls and shows in digital display the time, temperature and pressure, etc.
- While the power is failed, the Real Time Clock driven by its own back-up battery keeps displaying the present year, month, and time.
- If the power supply is failed while in cycle, it maintains the present state by its own bank-up battery; If the power supply is resumed within ine minute, continue the cycle which was in execution and of one minute has passed, the cycle is disposed to an error.
- The Control System is of a highly compact type; with one-touch of starter the chamber door is locked and then all phases such as condition, sterilization, exhaust, drying, completion, printing and even the door unlocking are automatically performed.

2. CYCLE PROGRAM

It has the built -in program consisting of 5 kinds of basic cycles and 2 kinds of test cycles which can changed at the option of users if it is necessary. It is noteworthy that the liquid cycle is supposed to have a 30-minute cooling time to ensure the safety of sterilization

3. SELF - DIAGNOSIS

While in operation, if the follwing troubles occurs, it senses this and displays ¡¸warning code¡¹ or ¡¸caution code¡¹ in the message sound, aborting of the cycle etc.

4. PRINTER

It prints out two kinds of the cycle data for interpreting and keeping . One is the ¡¸Temperature Graph¡¹ showing the changing pattern temperature of the cycle and other is the ¡¸Cycle Performance Record¡¹printing the quantifled change of the time, temperature, pressure and summarized data of the cycle.

5. CONTROL UNIT

The Control System do important functions as the brain of sterilizer; if any failure occurs, it causes an immense trouble to the hospital work unless the prompt actions are taken. The controls of this sterilizer os of the compact unit type which any person can easily replacement of Control Unit can be supplied promptly by the express delivery service, thereby minimizing the inconvenience to the user.

¡á FEATURES OF DOUBLE DOOR TYPE

The sterilizer chamber is equipped with a door on both sides; a wall is installed on both sides of the chamber in the center to shut off the space divided into loading area and unloading area. This is designed to shut off the air circulation between the space of both sides in order to prevent the sterilized items from being contaminated again. To this purpose, both doors do not open at the same time, but only one door will open; the loading of goods and the controlling of cycle takes place in the loading area and the sterilized goods are taken out in the unloading area.
