 Testing Software ( TMaster )

 Program TMaster works in WINDOWS environment.  test parameters are saved into disk dara files format.  Test parameterization excutes on the basis of menus, which enable to create a now test, or to modify already created test.  The majority of menus are common for all type of executed tests and some are specially created for concrete tests.  Creation of these menus, including corresponding algorithms, is ensured by the producer.  TMaster program enables, during a test of series of similar testing specimens, setting chosen parameters of testing specimens before the start of a test of each specimen.  It is possible to print TMaster output reports in English.

 

   Basic offer of functions of TMaster program is divided according to the main phases of program activity during the test preparation and test execution.  Service is assigned for setting basic parameters of a testing machine.  It is a question of working space and used load cell definition, of frame stiffness setting, and of setting the direction of tensile force action.  Further functions from the offer Service serving for the transducers calibration, control optimization and filters and period of sampling setting are protected by security password and are not currently accessible to machine staff.

 File serves for reading test parameters from disk and for their repeated saving after the modification

    

 Setting enables to set test parameters and is divided into the following menus;
- Test description - setting the basic test parameters
- Setting criterions and protection
- Setting shape and size of the sample
- Setting the scope of dialogue before the test(for each tested specimen)
- Setting the scope of dialogue after the test(for each tested specimen)
- Test results processing

 

Set processing of test results is executed automatically during each test and it is usually finished by print of the report.  The operator sets during test preparation a file, into which the measured data and evaluated.  
Values will be saved and the also sets the shape of output report.  If needed, detailed evaluation of results of just or earlier finished test is possible with the use of offer Evaluation

 Test enables in section Manipulation to set initial state of the machine.

It is the question of switching on and switching off the driving mechanism., setting the starting position and pre-loading and of transducers zero setting.

Section Test control enables start and interruption of the test.  In the course of the test a tensile diagram and up-dated information about the test state are displayed.  In the course fo the test the operator can switch over to the final speed do loading, He can interrupt the test, restart it and continuously unload up to set pre-loading.  After finishing the test it is possible to set final dimensions of testing specimen and to print the report.

Evaluation enables further evaluation of earlier measured data.  The operator can choose new calculated variables and calculate them.  further it is possible to perform detailed analysis of the measured tensile diagram and to print the report and tensile diagram.
